The helicopter doesn't have the same 'hold to fire' concept, you jsut repeatedly tap it for rockets. That makes following a moving target damn near impossible. I still have yaw through the joystick Z-axis, but actually tilting the joystick stops working - until I let up on the trigger, and then it works again. ![]() I am having a similar problem that other users have reported - if I reduce throttle in jets below ~50%, I lose the ability to move.īut something I haven't seen posted: If I hold the trigger (the real trigger, not what BF4 labels as the trigger) to fire the machine gun in the jet, I lose the ability to pitch/roll. My slider gets labeled as Trigger 1 / Trigger 2. My actual trigger gets labeled as "PAD UP" or something like that. I had to go through and rebind all the buttons because everything was wrong. I am using a Microsoft Sidewinder Precision 2 joystick. However it wants to act like a mouse inside of the MS flight sim application whenever I move the z-axis on my yoke or the X-slider which is annoying during flight as it ends up manipulating the camera as I try to fly.
