![]() ![]() It didn't work either and it did not show up in the list of network devices in the router portal page either. I then tried to set a manual IPv4 address. I logged in the router and the printer was not listed in the network devices. When connected with a network cable, it fails to obtain a DHCP address (the setting is on automatic). But the software and Windows cannot detect the printer. I have also tried plugging the USB cable into the router as it can act as a printer server. I can install it as a local USB printer though. ![]() Then I replaced the computer and am unable to get the printer detected on the network. I used to have my printer installed as a network printer connected to a router with a network cable. ![]()
